Cocktail Formulation:5 mM Thiazovivin, 2 mM SB-431542, 0.4 mM PD0325901 and 1 mM CHIR99021 in DMSO.

Biological Activity:

Extensive studies have shown that individual Rock inhibitor (Thiazovivin), TGFβ inhibitor (SB431542), MEK inhibitor (PD0325901), GSK3β inhibitor (CHIR99021), , and their combinations (TSPC) can significantly enhance reprogramming efficiency of human somatic cells to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). For customers’ convenience, XcessBio has formulated the ready-to-use iPSC-TSPC cocktail containing all four small molecules at optimal concentrations and functionally tested it in iPSC reprogramming.

How to Use:

  • In vitro: Dilute the received ready-to-use iPSC-TSPC cocktail at 1:1000 into your iPSC reprogramming medium to make the iPSC-TSPC media for iPSC induction.
