TheEpiQuik™GlobalHistoneH3Phosphorylation(Ser10)AssayKit(Fluorometric)isdesignedformeasuringglobalhistoneH3phosphorylationatser10.Inanassaywiththiskit,thephosphorylatedhistoneH3atser10iscapturedtothestripwellscoatedwithananti-phosphohistoneH3(ser10)antibody.ThecapturedphosphohistoneH3(ser10)canthenbedetectedwithalabeleddetectionantibody,followedbyacolordevelopmentreagent.TheratioofphosphohistoneH3(ser10)isproportionaltotheintensityofabsorbance.TheabsoluteamountofphosphohistoneH3(ser10)canbequantitatedbycomparingtothestandardcontrol.
