Introduction

PrincipleoftheAssay
TheAssayMaxHumanProteinCELISA(Enzyme-LinkedImmunosorbentAssay)kitisdesignedfordetectionofhumanProteinCinplasmaandserum.ThisassayemploysaquantitativecompetitiveenzymeimmunoassaytechniquethatmeasureshumanproteinCinlessthan3hours.ApolyclonalantibodyspecificforhumanproteinChasbeenpre-coatedontoa96-wellmicroplatewithremovablestrips.ProteinCinstandardsandsamplesiscompetedwithabiotinylatedproteinCsandwichedbytheimmobilizedantibodyandstreptavidin-peroxidaseconjugate.Allunboundmaterialisthenwashedawayandaperoxidaseenzymesubstrateisadded.Thecolordevelopmentisstoppedandtheintensityofthecolorismeasured.
