S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR) is a substrate for S6K and ILK. The affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pS6 antibodies were developed with phosphorylated S6 (KRRRLApSLR) and absorbed with the non-phosphorylated S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR). This antibody has been utilized for the non-radioactive p70 S6K kinase assay.
