One-Step RT-PCR Kit [Ab+Taq] is designed for specific and sensitive amplification of target genes in one-tube reaction from RNA templates. Thermo Reverse Transcriptase, Ab+Taq polymerase, and RNase Inhibitor are supplied as an enzyme mixture. An optimized buffer is provided as a 2x Reaction mix containing a buffer, MgCl₂, and dNTPs as 2x concentration. Applied UDG system includes the Heal-labile UDG and dUTP.

Heat activation: +95°C for 2 minutes after the reverse transcription reaction.
