Application:

Western blotting: 1:1,000.

Recombinant GST protein (20ng, Lane 1) and 293 cellular lysates transfected with a GST expression vector (20 μg, Lane 2) were probed with anti-GST (1.0 μg/mL). Arrow indicates GST (~26 kDa) and GST fusion protein (~29kDa).

Immunoprecipitation and Immunostaining: 1:200.
