Description:
The T7 Biotin-RNA Labeling Kit utilizes T7 RNA polymerase and Biotin-16-UTP to produce high yields of biotin-labeled RNA in vitro. Linearized plasmids DNA and PCR products containing a phage T7 transcription promoter are used as template and can be efficiently transcribed. Biotin-16-UTP is incorporated by T7 RNA polymerases at approximate every 20-25th nucleotide of the transcript under the conditions described below.
