Intended Use:

The Cry1Ab/Ac ImmunoStrip® is designed to quickly determine the presence or absence of the Bt-Cry1Ab and Bt-Cry1Ac proteins expressed in transgenic corn and cotton.On average test completion times are under ten minutes. This test will detect the Bt-Cry1Ab protein expressed in corn events MON810 and Bt-11.This test is also appropriate for detecting Bt-Cry1Ac events in cotton.This Bt-Cry1Ab/Ac ImmunoStrip® test is appropriate for testing most transgenic plants expressing either Bt-Cry1Ab or Bt-Cry1Ac.
