(+)-Ketoconazole also is a cytochrome P450 inhibitor [2].(+)-Ketoconazole (KTZ), on the antischistosomal potential of these quinolines against Schistosoma mansoni infection by evaluating parasitological, histopathological, and biochemical parameters.
