HSP20-11Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cellsof Balb/c mice, immunized with recombinant human HSP20.
Specificity:
Human recombinant HSP20 protein and HSP20 from human and rat cardiac tissue extracts.
MAb Isotypes:
IgG2a for MAb HSP20-11
Applications:
HSP20 detection in ELISA, Western blotting and immunofluorescent cell culture staining.
