BB4, BD9, BF3Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant full-size interferon β, expressed in E. coli.

Specificity:

MAbs BB4, and BD9 recognize non-glycosylated (expressed in E. coli) and glycosylated(expressed in CHO) recombinant human interferon β antigens. MAb BF3 recognizes only nonglycosylated interferon β. There is no cross-reactivity with human interferon ⍺ or human interferon γ.

MAb Isotypes:

IgG1 for MAb BF3IgG2a for MAbs BB4 and BD9

Applications:

Antibodies are working in ELISA and Western blotting.MAbs BB4 and BF3 can be used for coating and MAbs BD9 and BG6 can be used as conjugates in sandwich ELISA.MAbs BD9 have neutralizing activity in Western blotting.
