1H1, XM212Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with conjugate of purified thyroxine (Sigma T-2501) with BSA.

Specificity:

Thyroxine (T4)MAbs react with conjugate T4-BSA and with free thyroxine in ELISA. Cross-reactivity with triiodothyronine (Sigma T-2752) is less than 0.1%.The reactivity of the MAb XM212 with L-thyroxine is 100 % and with D-thyroxine 30%.

1H1 by chromatography on protein A Sepharose XM212 by ion exchange chromatography

Presentation:

1H1 in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) XM212 in 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05 % of sodium azide (NaN3)

Storage Conditions:

1H1 at + 4 °CXM212 at + 4 °C (<10 months) or at – 20 °C (for longer period).
