XM209 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with conjugate of purified testosterone with BSA.

Testosterone, Ka = 2.5 x 109 M-1 MAb XM209 reacts with testosterone in ELISA.
