C6E6, C6F1, C6D4, C6B4Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with HT-2 toxin conjugated with HAS.
Specificity:
HT-2 toxin. MAbs C6B4, C6D4 react also with T2-toxin.
MAb Isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs C6E6, C6F1, C6D4, C6B4
Applications:
Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection):SEG-59 – SEG-16Both MAbs are working in Western blotting.
