5H7, 4A3Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human alpha-fetoprotein.
Specificity:
MAbs react with different determinants of human alpha-fetoprotein.MAbs do not cross-react with human albumin.
MAb Isotypes:
IgG1 for MAb 5H7IgG2a for MAb 4A3
Applications:
We recommend the following pair in sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 4A3 – 5H7

Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.9 % sodium azide (NaN3)
