Presentation:

Lyophilized from 0.01 M HCl.Product is recommended to reconstitute with urea/Tris buffer, pH 7.5 (7 M urea, 5 mM EDTA, 15 mM mercapthoethanol, 20 mM Tris).Solubility is limited at neutral pH and physiological salt concentration.

Storage Conditions:

-20 °C (between -15 and -30 °C allowed)-70 °C for long term storage (between -65 and -80 °C allowed)

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.
