RNAscope® Multiplex Fluorescent Reagent Kit v2 is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope® Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit (PN 323110), RNAscope® H202 and Protease Reagents (PN 322381) and RNAscope® Target Retrieval reagents (322000), RNAscope® Wash Buffer (PN 310091). The kit includes the pretreatment, TSA buffer (322809), and detection reagents for manual amplification. TSA based fluorophores from Perkin Elmer must be purchased separately (TSA Plus Fluorescein, PN NEL741001KT; TSA Plus Cyanine 3, PN NEL744001KT; TSA Plus Cyanine 5, NEL745001KT).
