□ 제품설명
Capturem™ Protein A 96은 monoclonal-, polyclonal-antibody를 정제 및 스크리닝하기 위한 96-well plate 형태의 항체 정제 제품으로써, 96-wellplate는 Clontech의 membrane-basedtechnology인 Capturem™ 기술에 Protein A의 항체결합특성이접목시킨 제품이다. Capturem™Protein A 96은 well당 300ug을정제할 수 있는 single-use, disposable 96-well plate로 구성되어있으며, 이는 animal sera, ascites fluid, cellculture media 또는 그 외의 다양한 샘플에서부터 항체를 정제 가능하다. Capturem™ Protein A 96 은 실온에서 15분 이내에 75mg/ml의binding capacity로 정제 가능하다.

* Whole serum from various species was diluted in a phosphate-based binding buffer (pH 8.0) and bound on Capturem Protein A Miniprep columns. The amount of purified antibody obtained upon elution was determined by measuring absorbance at 280 nm.
