Background
The antigen is raised in Rabbits by immunizing purified chick IgY. The antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to human serum protein. Based on immuno-electrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the whole molecule chicken IgY. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.It has minimal reaction to human serum protein.
