Description

M3:10A™ is a proprietary, highly enriched culture media for stem cells and other fastidious human and mammalian cell types. It is the same formula as M3:10F™ but also contains antibiotics (see information sheet) as well as numerous growth factors, supplements, and buffers. Propagation of dividing cells may require addition of attachment factors, blood components or serum additives, depending on cell type.  The addition of 10% v/v high quality fetal bovine serum (FBS) to M3:BaseA™ equals the M3:10A™ formula.
