Affinity and Specificity of Anti-5-HIAA Antibody
This competitive ELISA demonstrates that low amounts of 5-Hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) conjugate are required to abolish antigen-antibody reaction (high affinity), while rising concentrations of Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) conjugate do not affect reaction (high specificity).
