Human CD16 is a low affinity receptor for complexed IgG and occurs in two distinct forms, as a glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol (GPI) anchored protein in granulocytes, and as an integral membrane protein on NK cells and macrophages.
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Human polymorphonuclear leukocytes
Specificity: Antibody 3G8 recognizes both allelic forms of human CD16 (1, 4). It is cross reactive with cynomolgus (7) as well as Rhesus monkey(10) CD16.
Functional Application: Antibody 3G8 blocks binding of complexed IgG to CD16 (2, 5, 9), and has been used to block ADCC in Vitro (11).It is not suitable for Western blot. Ancell 3G8 F(ab‘2) has been used to upregulate Mac-1 expression in neutrophils (8).

Ancell抗CD105异花青素人CD105(endoglin)是一种同型二聚体膜糖蛋白(1),实际上局限于内皮细胞,并且存在于一些白血病细胞和少量骨髓细胞中。CD105 以高亲和力与TGF- b 1和b 3结合(4)。同种型:鼠IgG1 kappa免疫原:人B谱系白血病细胞的膜制备特异性:抗体SN6识别分子量约为160 kd的人CD105同型二聚体的细胞外表位。据报道它与非人类灵长类动物以及马和猪(11)CD105发生交叉反应。功能应用:抗体SN6将增强TGF-b1与表达CD105的白血病细胞的结合。 抗体SN6已用于鉴定间充质祖细胞群(8,9,10)。
