The Prosi Prestained Protein Marker consists ofa markerwith ten clearly identifiable bands atconvenientmolecularweights. The protein sizes areapproximately6, 17, 28,35, 43, 56, 70, 95, 130 and170kDa, and thisproduct hasthree reference bands.
The 70kDa, and 28 kDa which is recently improvedreference bands are red and 6 kDa reference band isgreen. This marker is designed for monitoring proteinseparation during SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis), verification ofwesterntransfer efficiency and approximate sizing ofproteins.
