West-Q Chemiluminescent Substrate Plus isa highly sensitive nonradioactive,enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate for thedetection ofhorseradish peroxidase (HRP) onimmunoblots. West-Q Chemiluminescentsubstrate plus enables detection of picogramamounts of antigen and allowsfor easy detection of HRP usingphotographic or other imaging methods. Blotscan be repeatedly exposed to X-ray filmto obtain optimal results or stripped ofthe immunodetectionreagents and reprobed.
