The PromoCell Cell Dissociation Solution ACF is a non-enzymatic, defined and animal component-free alternative to trypsin. The formulation is based on a proprietary blend of chelators and allows for efficient detachment of adherent cells under defined conditions in routine subculture. The gentle cell disaggregation guarantees high cell viability, even after prolonged exposure times. Unlike enzyme-based solutions the PromoCell Cell Dissociation Solution ACF does not alter cell surface proteins and neutralization is not necessary.

Note: The Cell Dissociation Solution ACF is not intended for use with very strongly adherent cells, e.g. macrophages.
