ThequbitRNAHSAssayKit,whenusedwiththeQubitFluorometer,providesanaccurateandselectivemethodforthequantitationoflow-abundanceRNAsamples.TheassayishighlyselectiveforRNAandwillnotquantitateDNA,protein,orfreenucleotides.Commoncontaminants,suchassalts,freenucleotides,solvents,detergents,orprotein,arewell-toleratedintheassay.TheassaykitisdesignedtobeaccurateforRNAsampleconcentrationsbetween250pg/µLand100ng/µL.Thekitprovidesconcentratedassayreagent,dilutionbuffer,andpre-dilutedRNAstandards.Simplydilutethereagentusingthebufferprovided,addyoursample(anyvolumebetween1µLand20µLisacceptable),andreadtheconcentrationusingtheQubitFluorometer.
