Thelyophilisedantiserumisshippedatambienttemperatureandmaybestoredat+4°C;prolongedstorageatorbelow-20°C.Workingdilutionsarepreparedbyaddingsterilephosphatebufferedsaline(PBS,pH7.2).Repeatedthawingandfreezingshouldbeavoided.Workingdilutionsshouldbestoredat+4°C,notrefrozen,andpreferablyusedthesameday.Ifaslightprecipitationoccursuponstorage,thisshouldberemovedbycentrifugation.Itwillnotaffecttheperformanceoftheproduct.
