Description

The 26S protease is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The regulatory (or ATPase) complex confers ATP dependency and substrate specificity to the 26S complex. In case of HIV-1 infection, positive modulator of Tat-mediated transactivation.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PSMC2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

Recombinant human PSMC2 protein was used as the immunogen for the PSMC2 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the PSMC2 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
