RBC’s cIAP1-BIR3 domain displays bindingaffinity for Smac/DIABLO peptide. Reactions were performed with 20nMFAM-labelled peptide at room temperature in 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 200mM NaCl,0.01% Triton X100. The resulting polarization values (Ex. 480 nm/Em. 535 nm)was read following a 30 minute incubation.(See figure, below.)

SUPPLIED AS: _ µg/µL in 50 mM Tris HCl, pH 7.5,500 mM NaCl, 1 mM TCEP, 10% glycerol

STORAGE: -70°C. Thaw quickly and store on ice before use. The remaining, unused, undiluted protein should be snap frozen,for example in a dry ice ethanol bath or liquid nitrogen. Minimize freeze/thaws if possible, but verylow volume aliquots (<5 µl) or storage of diluted enzyme is not recommended.
