ELISpotPLUS for enumeration of cells secreting EBI
Analyte Information
This kit is ideal for users who want a convenient and sensitive assay. The assay is designed for the enumeration of cells secreting human EBI3. The kit includes ELISpot plates pre-coated with monoclonal antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP and ready-to-use TMB substrate.
The monoclonal antibodies in this kit are specific to the EBI3 subunit of IL-27 and IL-35. ELISpot assays based on antibodies to EBI3 will detect both IL-27 and IL-35.
Pre-coated plates reduce assay time and minimize variability.
Human EBI3 ELISpotPLUS kits are also available with Streptavidin-ALP and BCIP/NBT-plus substrate. See Related products.
Analyte Information
EBI3EBI3 is a subunit molecule that forms heterodimers with other proteins in the IL-12 family. IL-27 is a heterodimer composed of the subunits EBI3 and p28. IL-35 is a heterodimer composed of the subunits EBI3 and p35. IL-39 is a heterodimer composted of the subunits EBI3 and p19. Native IL-39 has not been detected in human.
