ACTIVITYDILUTION INSTRUCTIONS

Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

These antibodies are stable for at least one (1) year at -20oC to -70oC. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

For in vitro investigational use only.

Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.

ELISA titer ~1 : 1,000,000 with antigen on the solid phase.

SPECIFICITY

This antibody reacts with rotavirus p42 antigen on monkey rotavirus (SA-11), porcine rotavirus (PP) and human rota- viruses (field strains).

APPLICATIONS

This antibody may be used in ELISA and Western blotting for detection of rotaviruses. Other applications are under investigation.
