Optimizing Lipid-Based Transfection of Neural Stem Cells

9 lipids (NL-1 to NL-9) were tested using 3 ratios: pVectOZ-GFP encoding for GFP protein was used and fluorescence intensity was measured 2 days after transfection. ReadyFect (NL-7) gave the best fluorescence intensity of the Lipid-Based Transfection Reagents tested.
