Specificity: This antibody binds to murine 4-1BBL and competes with binding of 4-1BB.
Application Notes: This antibody has been used to detect 4-1BBL by flow cytometry. It is able to block 4-1BBL interacting with 4-1BB and prevent signalling.

ELISA of anti-4-1BBL antibody on 4-1BBL-Fc fusion protein. Binding curves of the rabbit IgG chimeric version of the anti-4-1BBL antibody TKS-1 (Ab00881-23.0; red line) and isotype control (Ab00102-23.0, anti-Fluorescein; blue line) to an ELISA plate coated with mouse 4-1BBL Fc-fusion protein (Pr00129-1.28) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10,000 to 0.17 ng/ml was performed using Ab00881-23.0. For signal detection, a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-fused anti-rabit IgG antibody was used.
