RecommendedDilution
Immunohistochemistry(Paraffin):2-4ug/ml.Note:Stainingofformalin/paraffintissuesrequiresboilingtissuesectionsin10mMcitratebuffer,pH6.0for10–20min.,followedbycoolingatRTfor20min.Optimaldilutionstobedeterminedbytheresearcher.
