□ 제품설명
Rapid Protein A-based Immunoprecipitation Immunoprecipiation(IP)과 Co-immunoprecipiation(Co-IP)는 단백질과 다른 단백질 또는 거대분자 (Macromolecules) 간의 상호작용을 연구하는 데 유용한 실험 방법이다. Capturem™ IP & Co-IP Kit는 단백질 또는 단백질-단백질(항체) 복합체를 빠르고 간편하게 정제할 수 있는 용이한 제품이다. 본 제품은 항체와 결합된 단백질을 정제할 수 있는 Capturem™ Protein A columns을이용하며 Cell lysis, binding, washing 및 항체-항원복합체 용출을 위한 Elution buffer까지 모두 제품 내에 포함되어있다. 본 제품을 이용하면 실온에서 15분만에 Immunoprecipitation을 완료할 수 있다. Capturem™ Protein A Technology Capturem™ Protein A Miniprep은 300ug까지의 항체를 정제할 수 있는 12개의 single-use, disposable spin columns으로구성되어있다. 본 제품은 animal sera, ascitesfluid, cell culture media, 또는 다양한 샘플로부터 항체를 정제하는 경우 사용 가능하며, 실온에서 5분만에 75mg/ml 또는그 이상의 binding capacity로 정제 가능하다.
