QuickQuant™ Mouse IgG Quantification Kit enables the semi-quantitative monitoring of mouse monoclonal antibody production. The 15-minute test allows researchers and manufacturers to rapidly and regularly monitor antibody production yields in-process. This tool provides information that helps producers adjust selected metabolic parameters during production to ensure optimal antibody yields.

The kit is designed for use with cell culture supernatant fluids. Samples are collected, diluted in supplied Sample Diluent Buffer and a QuickQuant™ Test Strip is added. Results are read 10-20 minutes later. Results can be compared to the supplied Mouse IgG Subclass Standard and other samples tested during the production process.
