Ribospin^TM vRDIIproceduresemployedtheglassfibermembranetechnologyforthefastestandthemostconvenientofhighpurityRNAandDNAisolation,insteadofconventionalalcohol recipitationorphenol/chloroformextraction.Ribospin ^TM vRDIIbuffersystemprovidestheeffectivebindingconditionofRNAandDNAtoglassfibermembraneandtheimpuritiesonthemembranearewashedawaybytwodifferentwashbuffers.Atlast,pureRNAandDNAareelutedbynuclease-freewater.Wholeproceduretakesonly15minutesandthepurifiednucleicacidissuitableforPCR,RT-PCR,oranydownstreamapplicationwithoutfurthermanipulation.
