找公司设计了重组慢病毒载体，共设计3条干扰序列，转染靶细胞测干扰效率。发现mRNA表达水平下降不明显，而蛋白水平明显下降。请问该如何解释，有相关文献吗？可以用抑制了靶蛋白翻译来解释吗？
