Purpose
Ready-to-use AAV8 particles produced from pAAV-CaMKIIa-HA-hM3D(Gq)-IRES-mCitrine (#50466). In addition to the viral particles, you will also receive purified pAAV-CaMKIIa-HA-hM3D(Gq)-IRES-mCitrine plasmid DNA.
CaMKIIa-driven HA-tagged hM3D(Gq) and bicistronic mCitrine expression, for chemogenetic activation. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.Delivery
