This antibody s obtained by immunization with purified human hemoglobin (Hb) and affinity purified with human Hb on agarose. The purified antibody is covalently linked to peroxidase (HRP). The antibody could be utilized for detection and quantitation of the human hemoglobin using ELISA, and WB methods.
