Product Description	Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-phospho-MBP antibody is developed with synthetic phospho-peptide of myelin basic protein as the immunogen. The sequence of the antigen peptide corresponds to the phosphorylated site of MPB by MAPK. The antibody is affinity purified with PR(pT)PPPSQGKGRGL. This peptide sequence is identical for most of the isoforms of mammalian myelin basic proteins.
