Goat anti Mouse IgG Fc
Goat anti mouse IgG Fc is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody for use in immunoassay research and development. Goat anti mouse IgG Fc has been purified from the pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with mouse IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose.
Goat anti mouse IgG Fc recognises the Fc region mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgG3. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with mouse IgG Fab, IgM and IgA.
