In vivo Magnetofection technology requires appropriate magnetic fields that  forms a very strong gradient to attract the nanoparticles and retains them at the targeted site. To perform efficient in vivo transfection or transduction, suitable magnetic nanoparticles formulations and magnetic field, are the only necessity.
