The kit is a simple immunobeadassay for isolation/detection of exosome, using a bead-bound anti-CD63 capture antibody and a fluorochrome conjugated anti-CD9 detection antibody. The kit provides reproducible results and can be run in parallel to exosome immunophenotyping.
