Expression of therapeutic proteins in human cells is a cost-effective method for producing commercial quantities of a drug substance. However, the manufacturing and purification process of these products leaves the potential for DNA impurities from the host cells. This kit utilizes 2 ml microfuge tubes and includes our proprietary extraction procedure to isolate residual host cell DNA without the use of iodine or glycogen. Each kit supplies enough reagent for the analysis of 50 samples in duplicate.
