Applications
Luciferin Substrate 100 (test) is used with 51-101 ATP Substrate 100 (tests) and is intended for in vitro studies of firefly luciferase. The reagent contains D-Luciferin and Luciferase activators and stabilisers to obtain a stable light (less than 2% decay per minute).

Reconstitution: In 10 mL Tris-EDTA buffer.
Number of assays: Up to 100 analyses in a 96 well microplate format. Remember to allow a certain volume for priming.
Storage: At -18 °C or lower.
Shelf life: 2 years from date of delivery at -18 °C. Reconstituted reagent should be used within a week.
