TheMMHRPDigoxigeninSystemforusewithmouseantibodiesonmousetissuesisadetectionsystemspecificallyformulatedtopreventendogenousmouseIgGbackgroundstainingwhenusingamouseprimaryantibodyonmousetissue.TheMMHRPDigoxigeninSystemprovidesreagentstolabelthemouseprimaryantibodyofinterestwithdigoxigenin,eveninthepresenceofothernon-IgGproteins,anddetectitonmousetissuewithanHRP-polymersystem.Withthisdetectionsystem,monoclonalantibodiesboundtomouseantigensinmousetissuecanbedetectedwithhighspecificityandsensitivity,whilesignificantlyreducingoreliminatingbackground.Eventhemostproblematictissuessuchaslymphatic,lungandkidneytissuesarevirtuallybackgroundfree.Additionally,theMMHRPDigoxigeninSystemdoesnotrequireovernightincubationsteps,allowingforrapidscreeningofmultiplemouseprimaryantibodyclones.
