Description:
Aβ (1-9) is linked to a C-terminal gly-gly-cys, which can be inserted into the immunodominant regions of the virus like particles (VLPs). VLPs have shown to induce strong and protective B cell responses against self-epitopes in the absence of adjuvants. This molecular assembly system may be used to induce strong B cell responses against most antigens.
