Description
The 10mM dNTP Mix is a solution of high puritydeoxyribonucleoside triphosphates that has been functionally qualified forreal-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). It is suitable for use in conventionalend-point PCR, real-time qPCR, first-strand cDNA synthesis, as well as otherapplications that require dNTP as substrate.
Storage conditions
Store the 10 mM dNTP mix at -20°C in a constant temperaturefreezer. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. When stored under these conditionsthe dNTP mix is stable for one year.
