Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis.
Endotoxin Level: < 1EU per µg of VEGF as determined by the LAL method.
Biological Activity: ED50 is less than 3 ng/ml as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC).
